"Just Like Gulliver" is a very intriguing and educational read. This adventurous story has a storyline with groundhogs and even includes in the back of the book, "All About Groundhogs." I am a second grade teacher who will read this story to my students and will revolve a worksheet and fun activity to include with Groundhogs Day. I would one hundred percent recommend this story to any teacher, parent, or even library. The story stands out among others with it's beautiful illustrations, engaging dialogue, and facts about Groundhogs Day…This is a must read for all teachers, parents, and anyone!

"Gracie Jane" is the first title of a cowgirl series that is full of action, humor, charm, and character. Written in exciting action prose with a hint of rhyme, and fully color illustrated, ... Kids will love the amazing tricks and troubles that just sprout around Fifi La Rue on the ranch. One scrape after another, Gracie Jane's refrain is, " Fifi La Rue, what did you do?" The overwhelming good humor of Gracie Jane is exemplary in view of the many escapades of Fifi la Rue. For a larger than life portrait of an honest Western cowgirl, read the series of adventures that begins with "Gracie Jane." – Midwest Book Review June 2019

Five Stars "A great contrast to the traditional English version. Used it in KS1."

"A delightful, infectiously cheerful, Southwestern rendition of a familiar story. Phrases used to describe biscuits, such as "plump as pillows, soft as clouds and tasty as a big Texas Barbecue," just roll off the tongue ..." The lively text demands to be read aloud ... A fresh version of an old favorite."

"Sure to delight youngsters, as well as introduce them to the flora, fauna and geography of the west ... A welcome change of setting for the Gingerbread Man, sure to find a spot on the library shelf."
